Born in a Welding Shop, Raised on Real BBQ
Outlaw Smokers is a brand built by the team at Craig Welding in Mentone, Indiana, where the passion, sweat, and love for true BBQ led a crew of career metalworkers to build the pit they always wanted to cook on. No shortcuts, no outsourcing, no compromise.
That first smoker set the standard every Outlaw still carries: heavy steel, an insulated firebox that obeys, and welds we are proud enough to leave in plain sight. What started as one pit became a full line of offset stick burners, the Ringo drum family, and rigs that take the whole operation on the road.
