Our full-size offset stick burner with a 26 x 60 chamber in heavy rolled 7 gauge steel. Porch, cart, or hybrid chassis, open or enclosed.
2860
A 28 x 60 chamber on every chassis we build, including the named 2860 Special front load porch. Over 1,000 pounds of masterfully crafted steel.
2880
A 28 x 80 chamber on porch, cart, or hybrid chassis. Serious capacity for competitors and caterers without stepping up to the BFO.
The Patio (2440)
Our compact offset smoker, built a gauge lighter with the same 2 inch ceramic insulation as the big pits. Sized for backyards and patios.
The Patio XL (2460)
The Patio XL stretches the compact Patio platform to a 60" chamber. Front load, built for the backyard pitmaster or the competitor who wants a lighter pit to match the way they travel.
