How Your Smoker Gets From Mentone to You
A thousand pounds of steel, delivered like it left the shop.
We build your smoker to survive decades of fire, so we are not about to let the highway be the thing that scratches it. Every Outlaw leaves Mentone protected for the road, and how it travels depends on what you ordered.

The Crate Is Custom Too
A shipping crate from Outlaw is not a pallet and a prayer. It is framed around your specific smoker at the shop, braced where your pit needs bracing, so the finish that left Mentone is the finish that shows up.
Delivery Day
When the Truck Pulls Up
Freight deliveries are curbside: the driver gets your smoker off the truck, and moving it to the patio is on your side of the handshake, so have a buddy or a tractor ready for the big pits. Before the driver leaves:

Pickup at the Shop
Plenty of Outlaw owners turn delivery day into a road trip. When your build is done, we will schedule a pickup time, load your smoker, and strap it down right. One owner hauled a Patio XL eight and a half hours home and could not even tell it was back there.
Pickup is scheduled ahead with the shop, so everything is loaded and ready when you pull in.
Shipping costs are quoted with your build. Freight to a Texas ranch and freight to an Indiana backyard are not the same trip, so we quote your actual route instead of padding a flat rate. Your quote lists the smoker, the crate if one is needed, and the freight, all before you commit.
